Feel Better

This is your PSA reminding you that Self Care is not selfish!

If you are feeling a little off-kilter, or depressed, or just feeling overall ‘meh’ – then I invite you to do one or two little things today – in fact, do them right now! – that will brighten your energetic field. It doesn’t have to be anything major – even just closing our eyes and tuning into our breath for a few minutes can make a big shift within.

Here’s a few more ways that we can feel better quickly:

🚶 Take a walk

🦶 Put your bare feet in the grass

🚿 Take a shower

🧘 Do a sun salutation

🪟 Open the windows

💖 Do something nice for your neighbor

🐾 Pet a pup!
